Jeff Brown has been building at the frontier of disruption for a decade — making early bets on biometric authentication, conversational AI, and blockchain at Capital One before most organizations understood what was coming. Those bets resulted in three U.S. patents in mobile identity and account security. He brought those instincts into digital health, commercializing a multi-surface telehealth platform at HealthworX (a CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield company) during the accelerated pivot to remote care. As a neurodiversity advocate, speaker, and mental health panelist at Peercare, he brings the same frontier lens to behavioral healthcare.
