Amy Lynn Kedron JD/PhD
GeoPoliticus founder, Dr. Amy Lynn Kedron dedicated her career to business and development because she saw how quickly it can change a community for the better. As a child in Buffalo, NY she grew up in a factory town and watched doors close for good as industry offshored. She knew the people whose livelihoods weree destroyed when short-sighted economic decisions shuttered school’s, churches and small businesses for good.
She knew there was a better way.
Passionate about using economics as force for good she quickly got to work as a leader in business and development. By the age of 18 she began leading the board of directors of a $6 million service corporation overseeing divisions in housing, medicine, law, entertainment and publishing for a client base of 20,000. She quickly found herself hiring and managing payroll for a staff of people often twice her age whose management she oversaw. She also managed a $6 million budget.
By the time Kedron graduated law school she had founded a chamber of commerce and an economic policy think tank with Cornell University ILR to revive the economy of her home town. She devoted years of her PhD research to working with hundreds of small business owners documenting best business strategies and advising business owners about how business strategy and growth.
As a college professor she taught college students in entrepreneurship, business law and nonprofit management. She has chaired pitch competitions and guided the work of academic startup incubators at colleges such as the University of South Florida and the Ringling College of Art and Design.
By 2012 she started her own advisory helping nonprofits and small businesses to grow. Years later she began advising scientists throughout the US as they started and scaled their own ventures. She began working as a fractional executive, long before it became popular, to build c-suites, develop business plans and raise capital.
To scale these ventures she fostered complex partnerships with elected officials, developers, venture capitalists and institutional executives in the US and abroad.
Kedron later worked as a Director of Real Estate Development overseeing a 270 acre, billion-dollar development in partnership with federal agencies, hospitals and national developers and architects.
Today she is passionate about bringing AI and agentic operational solutions to companies in law, business, and science to help executives and their stakeholders grow in a strategic and streamlined manner. She is passionate about leaving each team member, business and community a little better than she found it.
